Jump to RecipeI firmly believe that you are either a sandwich person, or you’re not. I am a sandwich person. I’m always here for a handheld bite. Sometimes all you need is a good sandwich and when you want to elevate it a bit you make a panini. That’s where this panini comes into play. A step up from your run of the mill turkey sandwich, this panini is sure to satisfy any craving you have.
Ingredients for Panini
- Roast Beef – Tender roast beef is the meat of choice for this panini.
- Provolone – Provolone is a nutty cheese, and pairs well with mild roast beef.
- Arugula – Spicy arugula provides our greens for this panini.
- Dijon Mustard – No one likes a dry sandwich. Dijon mustard has the right amount of tang to balance the flavors out.
- Sourdough- Sourdough is my bread of choice for this panini.

This panini is the perfect meal for one, but can easily be doubled or made for a crowd. It comes together in less than 10 minutes. Great for those nights where you want to cook but don’t feel like cooking, or messing up a ton of dishes. If you like other hand held bites, check out my shrimp rolls.
